Excellent service and value for money. With a move like ours there were always going to be a few logistical issues but the few that did arise were resolved promptly and efficiently. The removal service itself was fantastic, everyone from the office staff to the removal guys were friendly and helpful, and the price was excellent too, much cheaper than we expected. All in all an excellent company to deal with, highly recommended!!

I am writing to say how happy we were with the service you provided us with during our move last week. Everything went very smoothly on the day and we were very impressed with the 3 removal guys. They worked extremely hard, were very friendly and took great care to avoid damage to our furniture. The whole process was also done much quicker than we expected. We don’t plan to move again anytime soon but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to friends.

Just wanted to thank you and the company AMC Removals for the first class job moving us from Glenrothes via storage the Oxfordshire. The men that packed and moved us into storage were excellent and the two men that delivered our belongings to our new house were first class. I'm ashamed to admit that our removal date is now two months ago and I am only just getting round to emailing my thanks!
Your boys did a fantastic job and we can't thank them enough! The day was predictably stressful, given that I am a complete control freak, and we had lived in Balerno for 22 years! However, and this is the key point, the attitude of your team towards each and every wee problem we faced that day was what helped our family to get through the day! They were as polite, professional and good natured by the end of the day, as they had been at the start. I can honestly say that from start to finish (start being your visit), we found the service fantastic and the cost was very reasonable, representing real value for money!
At a time when most families are trying to trim their budget on moving house, and are tempted to DIY their removal, they should forget it and come to you!

Can you please thank the guys who moved us on Saturday? i know one of them was called Brian, he said you all call him Gonzo. I wish i knew where to do a review. My husband and I were over the moon with the move. Even though there was only 2 guys and we had so much stuff, the guys were so professional and had it all together so easily, that by the time I went to bed that night, my house was all unpacked. It was a long day and they looked shattered by the time they left but my husband Chris and I and even our eldest son thoams who is 2, were just in awe of them. Nothing broken, nothing missing, all in the rooms they were meant to go in. We were just so happy with the job we will recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you so much for everything. not only were your prices competitivly cheaper than everywhere else but you said what was on the tin. I don't plan to move for a few years now but we know people who are and we have already passed on your number. I said to my husband 'if I needed to move a mountain I would get AMC Removals to do it, coz you know they could do it without even losing a blade of grass'

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Catherine was excellent and very reassuring when I called as were all the people I spoke to on the phone from AMC. The chap who did the survey was very professional and even gave me invaluable tips on packing which I used. John and Paul who completed the move were brilliant. This was my first house move and they really helped the process go with no stress. They also kept me right with things to do with the process that they knew because of their extensive experience. They were hard working polite and considerate and unbelievably humble considering the importance of the job they are doing. I will recommend this company to anyone.

My partner and me were moved by your company on Monday. I have already phoned about the service I received from the two guys who did it all. I didn't catch both their names, but I know one of them was called Paul. They were both well presented and professional in their manner. Nothing was too much of a problem for them even when we constantly changed our minds where things would go, they cheerfully moved things for us. Your guys never grumbled or complained and cleared my flat in less than an hour and my partners flat took about an hour which impressed us both as she has more stuff than me. Hi Catherine we were wondering if you could pass this review on to Management please.

For the second time in 11 short months we have proudly called on the services to move our house. While AMC removed our belongings they were also involved in transporting the lives of our two precious sons and once again AMC Removals exceeded expectations. Not only did they transfer our belongings with every single box intact, and every single item in one piece but they made two little boys feel like champions. They had a hard task getting the truck into both drives but due to the formula one type precision driving of Craig, it was done perfectly and with total professionalism. It was a joy watching them work. All the men were kind, courteous, hard working and honest and they endeared themselves to our sons. They were so wonderful, I trusted them with my set of keys to the old house so we could get food for our sons. And then I forgot to get them back again. I have seen these men bend over backwards for us and now they are doing so again to get them back to me and I worry they might get into trouble because of me. I will not be able to let that happen. I will not only be using AMC again but I am going to ask for Steve, Craig and Brian again by name. They became our family for one day and I trust them above most members of my own family. They are good men, honest men and when my husband moves office, we will get AMC, when his business partner moves house, it is AMC he will use. I would also like to point out, when I got quotes to move last time I moved AMC were by far the cheapest and out of the places I contacted, was one of only two places who contacted me back. I had to chase the rest, and one company never showed. I would also like to point out that with this move I was offered a cheaper quote by a guy just starting out but I said no because I trust the AMC employees and I trust the staff. Every time I have contacted AMC I have been met with Catherine's wit and courteous yet laid back professionalisim. I don't like dealing with a lot of people but I look forward to talking with anyone at the company. AMC is a company I trust, BECAUSE of its employees. Without Gonzo, Ryan, Craig, Brian, Catherine and Steve, I would go elsewhere. They made me, and my husband and two boys, EXTREMELY happy and satisfied. Please put this up on your website. If anyone has a problem with the staff or the company, send them to me.
I cannot thank Steve, Brian, Craig and Catherine enough for all they have done. They made our move an enjoyable experience for not just me but my family as well.
